LIMAC Products also has access to degreed mechanical design engineers with combined experience of over 40 years. We can generate 3D solid models and 2D flat
drawings that can be used for CAD-CAM or conventional machining and fabricating. Available formats include dwg, dxf, STEP, IGES, idw, ipt and iam as well as several
others.
We have a library of Giant Scale solid
models already available to make designing other components easier. We will
not charge for the design of other library components we do not have. Some
examples of Library models include a DA-150, JR-8411, JR-8611 servos.
These services can be used for the
manufacture of items such as custom servo trays, aircraft airfoils or even
custom aircraft or kit building jigs and fixtures.
We also have a network of Machine Shops,
Platers, Heat Treaters, Fabricators, Welders and Rapid Prototype houses
which we work closely with and can offer full line manufacturing services at
low quantity runs as small as one piece.
