Repair Services / CNC Parts

At LIMAC Products we have extensive experience in repairing composite
structures to like new status. Most extensive damage is usually
un-repairable. However, we have found the following types of repairs
are common.
- Landing Gear plate replacement and / or fuselage gear exit repair.
- CNC cut Plywood internal structures available for purchase separately as well as used in our repairs.
- Minor wing and Stabilizer repair.
- Firewall replacement
When done right these repairs add little weight and are as strong as
originally designed. We take care not to over design the repair such
as with 1/4" heavy ply and heavy fiberglass cloth as this quickly ruins the
performance of the air frame. We use lightweight fiberglass cloth and
carbon fiber tow sparingly replicating original construction where ever
possible.

Repair services are usually handled by Drop off services only. But
as the price of replacement parts may be prohibitive - It is also possible
to ship the damaged part to us for repair, but the Shipping and Handling
charges apply and will have to be negotiated at the time of quoting.
