General Terms and Conditions of Sales

LIMAC Products (“Seller”) is liable only to the extent of the selling price of the materials sold.  Consequential and incidental damages such as loss of income and the like are not the seller’s responsibility.

The Seller may provide technical assistance where appropriate.  It is given and accepted by the seller’s customer implicitly.  Upon this acceptance the buyer assumes all responsibility for using this information.

Prices are subject to change without notice.  The Seller promises to honor any reasonable offer a buyer may have considered at the sellers discretion.

Shipping costs only cover the Continental United States.  All other shipping locations will be handled as a separate line item you will have to add to your shopping cart.  Omission of this line may cause shipping delays.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.  All reasonable efforts will be made to notify the seller’s customers of such changes.

All reasonable efforts short of a “rite to use letter” have been made to ensure that all products offered on the seller’s site are free from patent infringement.

The Seller maintains its web site www.LIMACProducts.com .  Browsers may assume that all property here is copyrighted, free to use as long as reference is made back to the seller for non commercial ventures unless written permission is obtained. 

All reasonable efforts have been made to ensure that all “off site” links are appropriate for all of the seller’s customers.  However, we cannot control off site links and request that the seller’s customer do so at there own risk.

Eniva is a registered trademark of the Eniva Corporation and Vibe is their trademarked nutrient supplement.  Eniva is in no way associated with LIMAC Products, other then Eniva operates on a "Network Marketing" promotional scheme and supplement users at LIMAC products also operate as an outlet for this product.  You can only purchase Eniva Vibe through outlet representatives and the users at LIMAC Products are also such representatives.

LIMAC Products reserves the rights to ship free samples on a first come first serve basis.  Samples are available on a limited basis, and we may have to deny requests if all the samples are gone.

Free Samples are complementary from LIMAC Products, Eniva is in no way associated or supportive of this program.  Direct all questions to LIMAC Products.

Samples are available for new customers only and only available once.  All attempts will be made to service those accounts first.  LIMAC Products reserves the right to decide to service repeat requesters at their discretion.

By requesting the "free Sample" you imply your consent to having a outlet representative contact you either by phone, email, or any other means through which you leave with us.
